Global Dialysis - Wonderful resource for people traveling. Lists clinics and their accommodations in many different countries around the globe, as well as a community forum, and blogs from numerous ESRD patients. Overall a great source of information for anyone considering traveling while on dialysis.
Dialysis School - Dialysis School is a great website with lots of interactive "modules" explaining lots of stuff *every* ESRD patient and family member should know.
Dialysis_Support List - The dialysis_support list is an email group/list hosted by yahoogroups. Essentially it's a listserv replicating any email it's sent to some 800 or 900 subscribers. It's owned by "Dale", who has to be one of the most compassionate, and knowledgeable people I have met in the ESRD community.
American Kidney Fund - These folks have helped many in times of need, including myself. The American Kidney Fund helps many dialysis patients with insurance premiums, treatment costs, and other financial liabilities patients find themselves incapable of covering on their own. Support the fund
